Bridge offers Italian cuisine and a fairly compact menu presents a range of appetisers, salads, soups, pastas, risottos and entrees. there is also a selection of beef, including Wagyu and Black Angus, lamb and seafood from the grill. Start with beef carpaccio, made from bresaola and wrapped around mixed salad and served with fontina cheese, gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms. grilled portobello mushroom and spinach is an interesting combination while ravioli trio features pasta with three fillings: mushroom, lobster and goose liver, served in a light truffle sauce. Signature beef tenderloin millefoglie is a generous serving of tender meat wrapped with parma ham and accompanied by a red wine sauce. For dessert, green tea mousse is an unusual option. Tiramisu is enjoyable, while fruit salad with raspberry sorbet is a deinite winner.
